The same is true for coaching. Fortunately, you can discover coaching for free with a 20 minute introductory online session. Discovery sessions give you the chance to meet a potential coach, explain what you’re looking for, and experience some of the work.
There is never an obligation to continue after the discovery session for client or coach. The vital element is that there is good chemistry between clients and coaches. We therefore recommend having discovery sessions with several coaches before you commit to one.

Over 6 sessions you’ll really explore your values, life purpose and how you want to show up in your life. Your coach can also help explore the areas where you may feel stuck; so you can experience life more fully.
Sessions can be online, phone or in person in London, UK*
The frequency of sessions can be determined by you; weekly, monthly etc
*please note there may be additional venue charges for in-person
